Terminology

The martial arts we primarily practice at Three Rivers Martial Arts is Tang Soo Do, which has its origins in South Korea.  Due to this, some of the terms used during class are in Korean instead of English.
Below are the terms we use in class that are in Korean.  The English word is on the left and the Korean word is on the right.  The Korean words are spelled out as they are pronounced.  In addition, farther down the page all of the forms we practice and their translations are included.
